We believe that safety is a collective responsibility, and we're looking for trusted individuals who are ready to stand by their community. As a Responder, you become a crucial part of a safety network, providing real-time support when it's needed most.

Why Become a Responder?

As a Responder, you are a pillar of strength in moments of crisis. You help ensure that those who feel vulnerable have a human, trained presence standing with them.

Eligibility Requirements

Before applying, please make sure you meet the following criteria:

Age

You must be 18 years or older.

Background Check

All applicants must pass a criminal background check.

Training or Experience

We welcome security officers, medical professionals, social workers, or community leaders — if you have a background in crisis response, you'll be a strong fit.

Commitment

Be prepared to respond to urgent calls as needed and stay up to date on safety protocols.

Responsibilities of a Responder

As a Responder, you'll:

  • Respond to SOS alerts in real time through the app.
  • Assess each situation with care, respect, and professionalism.
  • Act without bias or discrimination, ensuring every person receives equal care, especially those from marginalized communities, including LGBTQIA+ individuals.
  • Never let personal beliefs interfere with the care and safety of those you help.
  • Follow all safety protocols and report any incidents through the proper channels.
