Frequently asked questions
Can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. When you upgrade, the difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing period and your new features activate immediately.
What happens to my evidence if I downgrade?
Your evidence remains accessible. If your storage exceeds the lower tier's allowance, you won't be able to upload new files until you're within limits — but nothing is deleted without your explicit action.
Does Safety Circle charge per member?
No. Safety Circle is a fixed R450/month (or R4,500/year) for up to 8 members. Each member receives full Lilac Individual features.
Is there a free trial?
Lilac Individual includes a 14-day free trial with no card required. SOS Basic and Safety Circle do not currently offer trials.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing saves you two months compared to monthly — shown in the pricing cards above.
