By accessing or using the Lilac Venus mobile application and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Lilac Venus provides a personal safety platform that connects users with verified responders in emergency situations. Our Services include:

• SOS alert functionality
• Connection to verified responders
• Emergency contact notification
• Location sharing
• Safety analytics and insights

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the Services only for legitimate emergency and safety purposes
• Not misuse the SOS feature for false alerts
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of our Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described in our pricing plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable safety services, Lilac Venus is not a replacement for emergency services. In life-threatening emergencies, always contact the South African Police Service (10111) or emergency medical services directly. Lilac Venus shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
