When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email address, country or region, optional signup type, and the page you signed up from.

When you send a contact form we collect your name, email, inquiry type, and message.

We do not sell personal information. We do not invent or publish user statistics from this site.

Why we collect it

Waitlist details are used to notify you when early access opens and to understand demand by region. Contact submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry.

Your rights

Under South Africa's POPIA and Lesotho's Data Protection Act, 2011, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email legal@lilacvenus.co.za and we will respond.
